一、Machine Characteristics

1. The JW-U640 is a high-performance five-axis machining center with a gantry structure, primarily used for machining components in industries such as 3C digital products, small and medium-sized impellers, and precision mold manufacturing. The machine body undergoes finite element analysis for optimal mechanical performance, utilizing high-quality cast iron with a reinforced gantry frame, fully annealed for high stability and minimal deformation.

2. Equipped with a Shenzhen Lanlan torque motor cradle-type five-axis system, the machine supports processing of various metal and non-metal materials. With the Syntec 220MA-5 control system, it enables high-precision five-axis simultaneous machining of complex curved surfaces and four-and-a-half-axis machining in a single setup, ensuring excellent accuracy and efficiency.

3. The X, Y, and Z axes feature ball screws and linear guides from renowned Japanese or Taiwanese brands. The 10mm lead screw with tail-end pre-tensioning ensures machining precision (standard with Heidenhain grating scale), while the high-rigidity linear guides extend the machine’s service life.

4. The machine is equipped with a 15,000rpm BBT40 high-speed milling spindle, which incorporates high-precision bearings and an optimized shaft arrangement for superior operational accuracy, stability, rigidity, and load-bearing capacity. The spindle features an internal circulation cooling channel, which, in combination with an external water cooling system, rapidly dissipates heat, ensuring stable machining dimensions and extending spindle life.

5. The tool magazine is a 24-tool arm-type model from a Taiwanese brand, providing fast tool changes and precise positioning.

6. A lubrication system is standard, ensuring smooth operation and extending the lifespan of ball screws and linear guides.

7. The three axes are protected by high-quality protective covers. The bellows feature stainless steel plating to prevent damage from metal chips, enhancing durability. The worktable has a sloped chip-flushing design with a single-sided rear discharge near the door, allowing for centralized chip evacuation while providing a user-friendly cleaning space.

8. The machine is equipped with a high-power water pump, ensuring effective cooling of both tools and workpieces, as well as efficient chip flushing.

9. The machine comes standard with a dual-screw and chain-type chip conveyor.

3 Lightning Protection The installation site should have lightning protection measures. Without proper protection, lightning may cause equipment failure.
4 Installation Conditions 1. Avoid direct sunlight.

2. Keep away from oil, dust, and corrosive gases.

3. Avoid areas with strong vibrations, such as compressor rooms and press workshops.

4. Maintain at least 1m distance from other equipment or walls.

5. Keep away from electrical interference sources like welding machines.

5 Ground Requirements The foundation must be stable and level, The height difference within the installation area should not exceed 10mm.

6.Installation & Acceptance

  1. Upon arrival, the customer is responsible for foundation preparation, unloading, hoisting, unpacking, and positioning.

 

  1. Final acceptance must be completed within 10 days of arrival. If delayed due to the customer’s reasons, acceptance will be considered automatically approved, and the warranty period will commence.

 

  1. Acceptance is based on the accuracy specified in the supplier’s certificate, without repeating factory-specific instrument tests.

 

  1. Consumables such as coolant, cutting fluid, guideway oil, and lubricating grease must be provided by the customer.

 

 

  1. Miscellaneous

 

  1. Any unresolved matters will be settled through mutual consultation.

 

  1. This agreement serves as a contract annex and takes effect uponsigning by both parties.

 

  1. This agreement is issued in duplicate, with both parties holding one copy, both of which have equal legal effect.
